**APPLICABILITY OF POLICY**

BY USING THE URBANKOSHA PORTAL AND/OR INITIATING A PURCHASE REQUEST FOR PRODUCTS ON THE PORTAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS POLICY WITHOUT MODIFICATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS IN THIS POLICY, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TRANSACTING ON URBANKOSHA.IN.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY UPDATE THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY GOVERNING YOUR RETURN, REFUND, OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER ON URBANKOSHA.IN FROM TIME TO TIME. EACH TIME YOU WISH TO USE THE PORTAL, PLEASE CHECK THE POLICY TO ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

**RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY**

WE OFFER EXCHANGES & RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY OUR TEAM, A NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL, AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PICKED UP BY OUR LOGISTICS PARTNER WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.

PICK-UP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF THE COURIER PARTNER IS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE SHIPMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS. REVERSE PICK-UP IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE IN YOUR AREA PINCODE.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE, IT WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK. IF APPROVED, YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED FURTHER.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY OF ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS FALLS BETWEEN 7-10 WORKING DAYS.

IF AN EXCHANGE IN SIZE CANNOT BE FULFILLED DUE TO STOCK AVAILABILITY, WE WILL EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT OR ISSUE A STORE CREDIT, REDEEMABLE AT OUR STORES OR FOR YOUR NEXT ONLINE PURCHASE.

FOR ALL RETURN ORDERS, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS PASSED QUALITY CONTROL. THIS WILL BE SHARED WITH YOU VIA YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS.

PLEASE RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S) IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE SHIPPED. IF THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED IN POOR CONDITION OR HAVE BEEN WORN, WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE REQUEST.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY PERMITTED FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

ALL PREPAID ORDERS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS FOR PREPAID ORDERS. REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT EQUIVALENT TO THE SELLING/MRP AMOUNT, USABLE WITHIN 3 MONTHS. STORE CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND REDEEMABLE AT OUR ONLINE AND OFFLINE STORES. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

**EXCHANGE/RETURN CONDITIONS**

YOU MAY INITIATE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST IF:

– THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT.
– THE PRODUCT AND/OR SHIPPING PACKAGE IS DAMAGED.
– THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.
– PARTS OR ACCESSORIES ARE MISSING.

YOU CAN EXCHANGE/RETURN PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED FROM US, PROVIDED THEY SATISFY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

– THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN WORN, CLEANED, OR TAMPERED WITH BY YOU.
– BRAND TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND ACCOMPANYING ACCESSORIES ARE INTACT AND NOT DAMAGED.
– THE PRODUCT IS NOT ALTERED, UNLESS PROVEN VENDOR DEFECT.
– RETURN IS INITIATED AGAINST THE ORDER UNDER WHICH IT WAS PURCHASED AND MATCHES OUR RECORDS.
– THERE IS NO FOUL ODOR, PERFUME, STAINS, DENTS, SCRATCHES, TEARS, OR DAMAGE ON THE PRODUCT.
– PRODUCTS BOUGHT AS A SET SHOULD BE EXCHANGED AS THE COMPLETE SET.
– PRODUCTS RETURNED SHOULD BE UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED, AND IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.
– WE ARE SATISFIED THAT THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN RENDERED DEFECTIVE OR UNUSABLE.

RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS IS FACILITATED THROUGH OUR REVERSE-LOGISTICS PARTNERS. UPON RECEIPT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF YOUR RETURN REQUEST ON URBANKOSHA.IN, OUR PARTNERS WILL CONTACT YOU TO COLLECT THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUESTS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
